It is a beautiful day today, not to hot, for Phoenix at this time of year it is great, I hope it stays that way for the weekend so we can go to the park. We need to be walking the dog more as she has put on more weight since we started her on her diet. Sounds just the same as for us, as soon as we start a diet we end up putting on more weight. Why do you suppose that is?
